"Carol meets with the “students” of the Academy regularly which often all are from one company (a “private Academy”), and the one I put my managing attorney in is a “public Academy” in which there are Leaders from separate entities. They gather monthly to learn how to become better and more effective Leaders, and they work together on growing and expanding their leadership abilities and techniques. Carol also meets with each student at least once a month throughout the course of the year, to hold them accountable for accomplishing demonstrable results. Carol makes sure that they all stay on track and on schedule. All of that follow-up and individual coaching between Academy Meetings is included as part of Carol’s fee for the Academy. It is truly remarkable how effective Carol is with getting her students to become the Leaders that their companies need them to be."
